Mikko Nurminen + Loistopixel

Stop the scroll with 3D.Turn attention into enquiries.

Loistopixel's Mikko Zaitsev creates the 3D asset. I turn it into a fast landing page with a clear offer, CTA path, SEO/GEO basics, launch, and tracking.

Lightweight WebGL from EUR 2,900 + VAT. A single 3D subject or scroll build is EUR 4,900 + VAT. Configurators start at EUR 6,000 + VAT.

What we build

One focused digital showcase. The 3D creates the first impression; the page answers the buyer's real questions: what this is, why it matters, and how to take the next step.

01

3D first impression

A space, product, object, or atmosphere is modeled so visitors get a sense of the experience before they send the first message.

02

Sales structure

The landing page explains the offer, trust signals, process, and next step without turning into a heavy website rebuild.

03

Lightweight build

A lightweight WebGL hero can use one optimized model and a focused motion sequence. A mobile fallback keeps the experience fast on less capable devices.

04

Technical groundwork

If drawings or source material need more precise preparation, AutoCAD 2D and Revit 2D/3D modelling can be scoped before visual production. This work is estimated separately after reviewing the material.

Who does what

This is not a 3D asset pasted onto an ordinary website. It combines a memorable visual from Loistopixel with a web experience that makes the next step obvious.

Scroll from the cafe door to the espresso.

60 fps · Loistopixel 3D

A 60 fps render turns the space, atmosphere, and product into one guided sales moment.

A 3D-rendered cafe where the camera moves from the entrance through the room and counter to the espresso machine.

Visitors step inside before they book. The camera communicates scale, light, and atmosphere without making people click through a gallery.

The scroll stops where the value is. The movement follows the offer — a counter here, or a product, hotel room, or boat in another project.

A small movement turns a product into a moment. The espresso finishes the story with a visual that stays with the visitor and points to the next action.

A striking opening is only half the job. It still needs a clear offer, a useful price anchor, and an easy path to enquire.

Three clear build levels

Lightweight WebGL page

EUR 2,900 + VAT

For adding real 3D motion to a page without a broad modeling or animation project.

  • one existing or lightly built, web-optimized 3D model
  • one focused motion sequence or camera angle in a WebGL hero
  • landing page, CTA path, mobile fallback, and launch

3D subject or scroll

EUR 4,900 + VAT

Choose the main focus: one new 3D subject or a more polished, scroll-driven animation.

  • option A: modeling and finishing for one clearly scoped 3D subject
  • option B: a more polished, scroll-driven 3D animation
  • landing page, CTA, SEO/GEO foundation, tracking, launch, and two review rounds

Configurator

From EUR 6,000 + VAT

For experiences where users select options, change product properties, or explore multiple states.

  • colour, material, or product choices in the browser
  • multiple views, states, or broader 3D interaction
  • form, commerce, or other integrations scoped separately

Clear scope

3D Impact is a focused landing page or impact section that helps buyers understand the business quickly and take the next step. It is intentionally focused instead of trying to solve everything at once.

Not a full rebrand

If the logo, name, offer structure, and visual direction are still open, we scope that as a separate project.

Not a heavy 3D game

Interactivity is added only where sales, mobile speed, and user experience can actually support it.

No guaranteed sales results

The goal is a stronger first impression, a clearer conversion path, and measurable CTAs—not a guarantee of revenue.

FAQ

Is this a full website rebuild?

Not by default. This is a focused premium landing page that can sit alongside an existing site or work as its own campaign page.

Can 3D slow down the page?

It can if the model and motion are not scoped carefully. The lightweight WebGL package uses one optimized model and a controlled animation, with a lighter fallback for mobile when needed.

Do I need a finished 3D model?

Not necessarily. PDF drawings, CAD files, measurements, or other design material are enough for an initial review. If the technical base needs to be created or corrected, AutoCAD 2D and Revit 2D/3D work is scoped separately before visual 3D production.

What does the client need before starting?

A clear offer, the main CTA, any brand materials, and a decision on what the 3D should show: a space, product, environment, or atmosphere.

Premium without the mystery

If the business has something worth seeing, the page should lead with it.

Send over your current site, idea, or the subject you want to feature. I will tell you plainly whether 3D Impact fits or a lighter website is the smarter first step.
